Graphs display differentially expressed genes between tolerant (□) and rejecting (●) grafts from a panel of 22 Treg-related genes as assessed by multiplex RT-PCR. The expression of a gene was normalized to the housekeeping gene hypoxanthine phosphoribosyl transferase, and expression was then calculated as a ratio compared with the expression in non-transplanted hearts.
