AbstractDear Friends and Colleagues, Since its launch in 2010, Rambam Maimonides Medical Journal (RMMJ) has focused on its mission of expanding the knowledge base of medicine, science, humanity, and ethics throughout the world, flavored by the salt of the 850-year-old philosophy of Rabbi Moshe Ben Maimon—known by the Hebrew acronym “RAMBAM” or, more commonly, as Maimonides.
